The wrist joint is a part of the human body, also known as the radiocarpal joint, which is a typical elliptical joint. Note that the ulna does not participate in the composition of this joint. The wrist joint is composed of the proximal articular surface of the navicular bone, the lunar bone, and the triangle bone of the hand as the joint head, and the wrist joint surface of the radius and the joint disc under the ulnar head as the joint socket.
